Thanksgiving Matters!

I want to take this opportunity to wish my Family, Friends and Community a Happy Thanksgiving.

NATURE AT IT’S BEST!

In 1986 I did not understand the need or desire for Thanksgiving after just arriving from England.

Today, 26 years later I would like every day to be Thanksgiving.

We spend so much time being negative, it needs to stop. We all have so much to be grateful for, even the worst of the times are our greatest lessons, we need to embrace them as such.  Positivity doesn’t mean being yeah, mushy and gushy, it means having gratitude, seeing opportunity where others see walls and ultimately it means taking the leap, instead of saying “No” learning to say “Sure!” and then going for it. Being positive means living live for today and seizing the chance. Canada is an incredible country, it is a place where we are safe , free and are offered many opportunities. Let’s take the good and make it better, we can do that we just need to take that chance.

It doesn’t matter what you do, just do something. Be true to what you believe, whatever that maybe. Do something to make someone elses day brighter, lighter and happier.  26 years today since I landed in Canada and 18 months since I became a Canadian, I have truly learned Thanksgiving Matters!

Happy Thanksgiving All, I am thankful for each of you and the stories we share!

Hugs, Love & Light,

Sam
