Well we are in February, so that means the cold has set in and the holidays are a distant memory. We are longing for the warm breezes of Spring but as much as we long, they are still weeks away.  So, time to suck it up buttercup and embrace all the wonderful things this fabulous month has to offer, here are TEN SENSATIONAL Icy Outings for February to help bring the warmth of fun and laughter to your day.   1. January 28th – April 15th Chocolate The Exhibition from tree to treat at the Royal Botanical Gardens.
  2. February 3rd – Binbrook Theatre presents King Artie & Knights of the Rad Table – Looking forward to attending with Social Free Spirits if you care to join us just RSVP.
  3. February 7th – Soupfest for Living Rock, Hamilton Convention Centre. Looking forward to attending with Social Free Spirits if you care to join us just RSVP.
  4. February 9th – Ladies, Fandangle Jewelry Night at White Flame come join us RSVP.
  5. February 9th – Chocolate Fest & Silent Auction for SACHA at Hamilton Convention Centre. Just a divine event. I cannot sadly attend this year but, I do recommend.
  6. February 10th – Fondue Friday at Royal Botanical Gardens
  7. February 11th – Songs for a New World at Lyric Theatre join us for an outstanding night of great theatre at incredible prices. RSVP.
  8. February 18th – Acoustic Blend Cafe – Andre and the J-Tones these guys are outstanding, guaranteed to have your toes a tapping RSVP.
  9. February 19th: Valens Ice Fest & Fishing Derby bonfire, wagon rides, skating, snowshoeing you can even camp over.
  10. February 19th – Pagan Pub Moot is always a fun night out at the pub with awesome peeps join us RSVP.

            • Prepare a scavenger hunt around the City saving the best for last, YOU:)
            • Volunteer with your honey at a community event to share your love.
            • Make a list of the things you love about your partner
          • Have an Anti-Valentine;)
            • Go out with a bunch of your favourite peeps on a pub crawl – Dress has your alter ego. Mine was The Royal Bitch, it was a riot.  What’s your’s?
            • Tell a close friend all the reasons why you are happy to have broken up with your ex and then have a fire to burn all the stuff from your ex.
            • Go to a Meet Market Adventures Anti-Valentines Day Party sadly it is in TO but it will be worth the drive.

            • February 18th – 20th: Kidsfest at Canadian Warplane Heritage  Museum – Central Ontario’s Largest Indoor Inflatable Show.
            • February 19th: Valens Ice Fest & Fishing Derby bonfire, wagon rides, skating, snowshoeing you can even camp over.
            • February 20th: At the RBG Chocolate extravaganza! continues. Families can immerse themselves in the world of chocolate, learn how to make delicious treats and, of course, devour chocolate!

February 21st – Pancake Tuesday

            • Join St Pauls in Westdale for their annual Pancake dinner.
            • Looking for a great spot for breakfast in Hamilton check out this map by Hamilton Tourism.
            • Recipe for pancakes just like my Grandma’s used to serve remember to top with Molasses.

February 22nd – Book Club – Mark the calendar and send me a message if you want further details.

February 24th – Training Sessions for Around The Bay RSVP.

February 24th – Stitch-&-Chat for Knitters, Stitchers, Needleworkers (and yes, Hookers!) RSVP.

February 25th – Dinner at Harbour Diner RSVP.
