This pin Meatball Stuffed Biscuits which inspired me to create Pin 6 – Meatball Stuffed Biscuits for my 213 Pinterest Challenge. What is your perfect comfort food?
It was my Little Sister who suggested this pin as she wanted something fun and easy for dinner that she could tackle on her own with just a helping hand. The Meatball Stuffed Biscuits made for a fun and easy Kid’s Adventure for my Little Sister. They were a huge hit with everyone at the dinner table!
INGREDIENTS:
1 tube Pillsbury dough crescent rolls
1 Jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
1 bag of frozen meatballs
20 Cheddar Cheese 1cm Cubes
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- Let your meatballs defrost for an hour.

Heat the oven to 375.

Pull apart your Pillsbury dough as scored and then cut each piece in half.

Cut your cheddar cheese into 1cm cubes

Take a piece of cheddar cheese, a meatball and wrap with Pillsbury dough.

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Mix the Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder together.

Add brush liberally all over the wrapped meatballs.

Bake for 10- 13 minutes depending on oven.

Serve with spaghetti sauce in a small dish on the side for an appetizer or with a small side salad and spaghetti to serve as an entrée.
